Based on a true story, a drunk (Ed Harris) battles alcoholism while he tries to mend his relationship with his twin sons as they try to get back into playing professional baseball.

I downloaded a bunch of baseball movies I have never heard of. Touching Home is one.

As far as baseball movies go, this film doesn’t rank too high in my list. It feels more like a made for TV movie, but that probably has something to do with the $2M budget.

The coolest thing about this movie – It is written and directed by Logan and Noah Miller and is based off their story. That is really cool, if you ask me. Here is a pretty cool article about them >> Word of Mouth: Logan and Noah Miller defy odds in making ‘Touching Home’
